Welcome to our website. By accessing, browsing, or booking a repair request through this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of service.

 

1. Scope of Services

  • We provide specialized doorstep repair, inspection, and maintenance services for out-of-warranty Bosch home appliances exclusively within the Mumbai and metropolitan region limits.
  • The appliance categories we service are strictly limited to Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Dryers, Hobs, and Chimneys.

2. Independent Status

  • You acknowledge and understand that we are a private, third-party repair agency. Booking a service through us means you are hiring an independent technician and not an official factory representative of the manufacturer.

3. Service Booking & Inspection Charges

  • A standard visitation and inspection charge is applicable for a technician to diagnose the appliance at your doorstep. This fee covers the time and transport required for the inspection.
  • Repair estimations will be provided to the client post-diagnosis. Final billing will include the costs of service labor and any replacement spare parts used.

4. Replacement Spare Parts

  • Any spare parts replaced during the repair process are high-quality, compatible aftermarket parts or sourced separate components. We do not claim to source parts directly from official manufacturer factories unless specified on your invoice.

5. Service Warranty Limitation

  • We may offer a limited service warranty on the specific component repaired or replaced (e.g., 30 to 90 days), which will be clearly detailed on your final service invoice.
  • This warranty does not cover any new or unrelated faults that arise in the appliance after the technician leaves, nor does it cover faults resulting from operational negligence, voltage fluctuations, or water pressure issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

While our technicians carry expert-level proficiency, we are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages to the appliance or property arising during or after the repair process. The maximum liability of our service center shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific repair job.
